The product itself was okay, but trying to return it was annoying. It took a long time to get a response, and the instructions weren’t exactly clear... I ended up having to follow up twice just to figure out what was going on. The refund did come through eventually, but it was slower than I expected. Not the worst experience ever, just not a very smooth return process...

I’m not a big fan of the design, honestly. The colors kind of clash, and the layout feels a bit old-fashioned to me. I was just looking at it like, wait, is this supposed to look this way??

I had a little issue with my charging experience where I ended up being charged twice. It was a bit frustrating, but I’m hoping it can be sorted out easily.

For doing my makeup, it’s not really bright enough sometimes. I like it okay, but the light, it could be stronger for sure.

beautifect.com gave me a bad first impression right away. The site felt messy and kind of annoying to navigate, and I spent way too much time just trying to find what I was looking for. I bought this because my makeup was basically taking over the bathroom counter—like, brushes here, foundation there, random lip glosses somehow everywhere. This organizer definitely helped. It fits most of the stuff I use every day, and it makes the counter look way less chaotic, which makes getting ready feel a little easier. The drawers aren’t the smoothest, which I noticed right away, and part of me wishes one of the sections was taller for a few awkward bottles. But overall, it does what I needed it to do, and I’m happy I got it.

I really wanted to like this light, and at first I thought maybe it was just my room, but no, the color is way too yellow compared to the pictures. It makes my makeup look off, which is frustrating. For the price, I expected a lot better.

My Beautifect order arrived really well protected, and I’ll give them credit for that. The box felt sturdy, nothing was shifting around inside, and the products all looked clean and in good condition with no dents or scratches.

That said, I was a bit disappointed with how much tape and filler they used. It took longer than it should have to get everything open, which made the whole unboxing feel more annoying than nice. The packaging did its job, but it felt a little overdone

It looks really nice, but compared to my old makeup bag, this one just doesn’t have enough space. I can barely fit my everyday makeup in it, so it’s not as practical for me as I hoped

I’ve been using it for a few months now, and it’s still holding up just fine!! No issues, no weird problems… just keeps doing what it’s supposed to do!!!

It’s a really nice size for my table and feels solid and sturdy. The only thing is it’s heavier than I thought it would be, so once I set it down I kind of felt trapped into keeping it there instead of moving it around. Still, I’m happy with it overall.

I had an issue with my Beautifect mirror after using it for a few months. The light started acting a bit weird, so I figured I’d reach out and see what could be done.

Support asked me to send over a video and my order info for the warranty claim. It did take a couple days to hear back each time, actually, but they were polite and kept things moving.
In the end, they sorted it out and sent me a replacement part. Not the fastest process ever, but they were friendly and did honor the warranty, so overall I’m happy

i mean, the tracking from Beautifect was good overall. The link came through quite quickly after I ordered, and it was simple enough to follow. I could see when the parcel had left the warehouse, which was reassuring.

The only thing was that it didn’t update for about a day, so I did start to wonder what was going on. In the end though, everything arrived fine and on time, so I’d give it 4 stars
